Friday 16th May

Evening drinks - Warsaw City Centre

This optional gathering offers a warm opportunity to get to know one another, in a cosy atmosphere. We completely understand should you wish to explore the vibrant city or if your travel arrangements make attendance challenging.

Your comfort and enjoyment are our utmost priorities, and we would love to see you if your schedule allows.

Saturday 17th May

Travel to the venue and wedding party

The wedding venue is located 45 minutes from central Warsaw, there are no public transport links between the city and the venue.

We have arranged a coach collection at 2pm from the Novotel Warszawa Centrum, wedding guests are not required to stay at the hotel prior to collection.

The wedding venue is called Szklarnia Mała Wieś, where Szklarnia is Polish for Greenhouse and Mała Wieś is the name of the town. There is an onsite hotel, with booking details available here.

Canapes will begin at 4pm, and we would ask for all guests to be ready at the Szklarnia (Greenhouse) for 5pm. The wedding festivities will continue until 3am. Guests are invited to join us in celebrating this momentous occasion with an evening filled with joy, laughter, and dancing. We look forward to your presence as we create unforgettable memories together.

For guests not staying at the hotel there will be mini-bus transfers throughout the night back to Warsaw.

Sunday 18th May

Return to Warsaw

Check-out from the hotel is at 11am,

Following breakfast we have arranged coach return to the city centre, departing the hotel at midday, for arrival at the Novotel Warszawa Centrum at around 1pm, airport drop-off is also available.
